I read magazines, blog posts, websites, Facebook posts and follow Disney’s social media accounts on the daily. And that was before I was a certified College of Disney Knowledge expert! If something changes in the world of Disney, I know about it! And trust me, right now there are a lot of changes going on. My family and I are also annual passholders at Walt Disney World, so we are in the parks often!

Sometimes situations arise and you need to modify or even cancel your plans (pandemic and hurricanes, I’m looking at you). Instead of you waiting on the phone for hours (yep that happens sometimes), I do the dirty work 😊. Or maybe you just remembered you need a Pack n Play for your resort room, want to upgrade said room, or add another park day. All you do is email, call or text me and I’ll get right on it!

As I have mentioned, my Disney obsession has led to a lot of Disney knowledge. However, situations can arise where I don’t know the answer, or about a specific restaurant (did you know between the parks, resorts and Disney Springs there are over 200 places to eat?) or special event.
